In accordance with international customs guidelines, all customers are entitled to import products valued up to $50 USD without incurring any customs duties. The vast majority of our products are priced well below this threshold, ensuring that no such issues arise with customs.

In some cases, delays may occur due to customs processing. Should your product be subjected to customs duties, please contact us so we can assist you and attempt to minimize the charges.

If the charges are unavoidable and no further action can mitigate them, the responsibility for paying these duties will rest with the final consumer.

We recommend that you continue monitoring your delivery status through our tracking tool. Once customs clearance is completed, we will request priority processing for your shipment.
