The estimated delivery time is 10 to 25 business days.
If there are customs delays and the order is held by U.S. customs, this period will not be counted as part of the delivery time. We take great care in selecting suppliers who, in addition to offering competitive pricing and quality, also expedite shipping times.
If the stipulated delivery time has passed, we recommend that you contact the shipping carrier to clarify the reason for the delay. If the carrier does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can verify the issue with our suppliers.
Once the issue with your order's logistics has been confirmed, we will process a FULL refund of your purchase immediately, after completing the verification steps.
The tracking code for your purchase will be emailed to you within 5 to 10 business days after the confirmation of your order.
If your order was placed using a bank transfer or similar method, the time between payment and bank processing may take up to 5 business days.
